Rain, Wind, and Mud

6 more miles. A new friend. Some rain, wind, and lots of leaves in puddles. It was a good morning. I had the opportunity to run with Ron, Gordon, and Roger. Some of the group went to Cedar Hall today to run the 5K to benefit the cross country team there. I hope that everyone who did the race did well... and stayed relatively clean (I had a picture in my head of mud-covered WOC runners). It has been a pretty good day. Praise God. If you get a chance to listen to the song today, really listen to the words. It really puts life in context. It reminds how thankful I should be that I can run in the rain, the wind, and the mud. Thanks Dad.
